The ACMEE at Chennai begins today

Every year Makino India participates in trade fairs across India. Makino India will exhibit at 9th International Industrial Exhibition ACMEE 2010 (Auto component and machine tools engineering exhibition) organized by AIEMA technology centre, Chennai, which will take place from 17th June to 21st June 2010 at Chennai trade centre, Chennai, India.

Makino India will be displaying two new series of vertical machining centers at the ACMEE, PS series and F series. These machines will see success in tier 1, 2 markets and job shops. The key features of these new products are better performance, accuracy and these are competitively priced.

The PS series vertical machining centers have two models - PS 65 and PS 95.These VMCs have increased accuracy factors such as thermal control, quality of elements and geometric accuracies.

The F series vertical machining centers – F3 and F5 are to provide solutions for the die mold industry. With the growing consumer segment, there is more emphasis on aesthetics, styling, cost and performance, which sees more demand for better surface finish, contouring accuracy and tool life. These machines have the benefits of longer hours of operation, shorter lead times, precise shape accuracy, high speed machining and longer tool life.
